1. Product Information & Handmade Nature
- Variability: All our products, including artisan soaps and hand-poured candles, are handmade. As a result, slight variations in color, design, shape, and weight are normal and should be expected.
- Accuracy: We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
2. Product Safety & Liability Disclaimer
By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following safety guidelines:
- Candle Safety: You agree to follow all safety instructions provided on product labels. This includes, but is not limited to: never leaving a burning candle unattended, keeping candles away from flammable objects, and keeping them out of reach of children and pets. Panda Street Candle Company is not liable for any fire damage or injury resulting from improper use.
- Skin Sensitivity: Our soaps contain natural ingredients, including essential oils and nut-based oils (e.g., Shea or Coconut). We recommend performing a small patch test before full use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Panda Street Candle Company is not responsible for any individual allergic reactions to ingredients listed on our product pages.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take longer.
- Shipping Policy: We ship from Jacksonville, FL. Once a package is handed over to the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS), the risk of loss and title for the items pass to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for items delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Hygiene Policy: Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used or opened soaps or candles.
- Damages: If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us at Panda@pandasoaps.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
